Refund and Return Policy
General Information on returns
- We can only accept returns for merchandise that has been purchased from us. For this reason, you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We have a 100-day return policy. It means that you have 100 days after receiving your merchandise to request a return.
- If you have purchased supplements that are packaged in single packs (each pill packed in a single package separately), you can return the total purchased minus one and still be eligible for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unpacked, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@calvitamin.com or call us at 1-888-510-9080 (9 a.m.–5 p.m. PST). Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The item must be shipped back to us within 24 business days from the day in which the return request was placed.
- We do not charge any restocking fees unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Any item with the text ‘No Returns Acceptable’ or of similar text that indicate buyers will not be able to return the merchandise will not be accepted for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
